This area brings together all your organisation's information.

Informations

This page contains all your important contacts:

  • Your CSE & CSM team
  • The support contact (during working hours)
  • The address and telephone number of the on-call team (non-working hours)

Projects

A project is a grouping of several sites, domains and/or environments. Do not hesitate to contact your CSE if you wish to modify it or add a new one.

Websites

On this page you will find a table with the different sites that can use Fasterize.

To help you find a site quickly, you can filter by Project and/or by type of environment (prod, staging, dev).

Each line also gives you important information:

  • Config ID: unique configuration identifier. This information is required if you want to use our API.
  • DNS Status: shows you the status of the DNS connection.

Not connected: your DNS does not point to Fasterize

Origin redirection: Your DNS points to Fasterize but is redirected to your origin server.

Connected: your DNS points to Fasterize

  • Optimisation status: Indicates which products are active on the site and their optimisation status.

No optimisation enabled

Optimisations activated

  • Quick actions: Allows you to clear a site's cache.

Members

This is where you can manage the members of your organisation. You can invite members of your team, delete old accounts or reset passwords, all completely independently!

There are different user roles, with different rights:

  • Owner
  • Developer
  • Member
  • Observer

Don't forget to keep the list up to date, remembering to delete unnecessary access and to create new access for new members of your team.

Certificates

This tab is only available for the Owner and Developer roles. It allows you to manage all the certificates linked to your organisation's websites. There are two ways of doing this:

Import a certificate

Deposit the certificate and its private key directly into the interface. You retain control over the generation of your certificates with the authority of your choice.

Generate a Let's Encrypt certificate

Choose the target domain, and Fasterize will automatically generate a Let's Encrypt certificate for you. It's so handy!

Why does Fasterize need my TLS certificate ?
How do I add or update my certificate ?

Token API

This tab is only available for the Owner role. It allows you to retrieve the IDs of your configurations as well as their API key. This information will be useful if you wish to manage your configuration via our API.
